About Grameen Support Group Australia (GSGA)

We are a group of expatriate Bangladeshis feel strongly that Bangladesh must not stay forever as one of the poorest countries in the world and we must have to do something to change this situation. In our exasperation verging on to the point of almost despair, we found out with utter surprise that the Bangladeshi ‘diaspora’ around the world alone can make Bangladesh poverty free in a short span of time. Grameen Bank has invented the process how to do the unbelievable and has given us the opportunity to solve the most difficult but desirable outcome. It is working with flying colours through its microcredit program. Do you want to know how it works?

We all have opened interest free Grameen current accounts with a minimum of A$200.00 and left this money for 5 to 6 years and each of us have, in a way, taken responsibility of a family of 5 people to get out of poverty forever. We urge you to join us in making a worldwide movement to make our motherland poverty free forever. Don’t believe anybody, have the inquisitiveness to find out the truth by yourself. We are also standby to answer your questions of any sort.

We don’t have any financial or legal relationship with Grameen Bank though have strong affinity with its broad-based principles of economic development particularly in the developing countries.
